RIA SEAVIEW HOTEL PD

Untuk Guest yang tidak cerewet, not particular and meticulous. Bermalam pada 26 aug-27aug 2023. Last minit booking. Overall ok. takde pelik2. Cuma lantai bilik hotel yang jenis tidak bersapu, berpasir, dan old skool lantai marble. Masuk bilik kena pakai selipar. Mereka tak mop lantai. Bangunan hotel ini baru refurbished, di cat dan dicantikkan. toilet pun baru dibaik pulih ade kesan2 cat dilantai , kesan² wayar dan sebagainya and not at the perfect condition. But still good and can be used..Motel bajet 1-2 star. Don't expect to much. Untuk lebih baik harap pihak hotel sediakan selipar untuk digunakan dlm bilik, or letakkan satu atau dua penyapu dan penyodok luar kawasan bilik incase , guest nak guna bersihkan bililk mereka. Itu sahaja pendapat saya. terima kasih.

Not a hotel, Just like the store upstairs, The boss also lives on the first floor, There is a smell in the corridor, There is also a lot of dust on the floor of the room, The water in the toilet is very small,Deposit Rm30.00 Only😅 You can stay if you don't mind

The price is indeed a little affordable, but if it's just sleep, It's ok. It's a bit old, and some rooms are full of cockroaches. The water pressure is also relatively low on the third floor. Low to the point where you feel that the ground is not very clean.

If you want just to stay a night for emergency maybe its okay.

Not like what pictures show, Very2 small room not the family room stated, not suitable for family, Aircon leaking on table top, toilet like public toilet. Even a rent room much better loving conditions, Not worh the money.
