  • Guests have to be considerate to the neighbours by avoiding loud noises especially after 10:30pm.

  • Durians and mangosteens are also prohibted inside the house.

  • Guests have to report damaged and missing items during check out.

  • - Strictly no barbeque allowed at the balcony and inside the House.

  • - Strictly no pets of all kind allow in the House.

  • - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the House. Smoking is allow outside the car porch.

  • -Shoes are not allowed inside the House.

  • - Guests must take care of the property and maintain the cleanliness of the House.

  • - Guests have to wash used cooking utensils and crockeries.

  • - Guests must report any items broken or missing or damaged upon check out and it shall be the discretion of the host to impose a compensation.

  • - Check-in time is after 3pm to 6:00pm. Check-in counter is closed after 6:00pm.

  • - After 6:00pm you can do a Self Check-in at my Combination Number Safe Box. The Safe Box is located in the Check-in Point Resources counter at S1 Somer Square.

  • - Check-out before 11:30am.

  • - During the Check-in at the Check in Point Resources counter, you need to pay a Security Deposit Rm200 and is refundable upon Check-out.

  • - Loss of key, access card and other household items will incur a minimum penalty of Rm150.

  • - Towels are provided upon request only.

  • - Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

  • - Before you leave the House, please switch off all electrical points and equipment, except for the referigerator and WiFi modem.

  • - Guests and family members are required to be considerate and respect the neighbours by minimizing any form of disturbances to other residents by avoiding loud noises especially after 10:30pm.

  • - Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.

  • - Guests have to comply with the maximum occupancy capacity of 14 persons.

  • - Only 2 cars can park in the car porch and additional car can park right in front of the house gate. Do not park your cars obstructing neighbours house. Park at your own risk.

  • - No durians and mangosteens allowed in the House.
