I just shocked when I check in here because I paid 5,000 plus php and in the picture it looks so nice but when I get there. Nothing as the same. The bed makes me itchy. I woke up having a bad smell in the room. Poor maintenance , rusty lock very very dirty water in the pool that mosquito could live there. There’s a nest at the back door and birds pooping in the plate in the floor. Staff are very helpful but for the price I felt like I get scammed. Please check the google reviews first of this hotel so you can see the video of their place.

The hotel is located on the side of a really busy road. However, after one nigh, I asked the staff to a more quiet room which they agree. That room was better compare to the other one but still noisy. They have a pool but I really don't think anyone should be swimming in it. Considering the cheap price I paid I believe it's not too bad. The sheets are clean and the A/C works. However I don't think I can recommend thia place, but if you are on a budget, this might be a trade of to have your private room. + the manager of the place is really helpful and nice. She helped with giving me a quieter room and also assisted me with renting a scooter. Really nice staff whixh made my stay better.

מלון מהמם ברמות! כשהגענו המלון היה באמצע שיפוצים והיה נראה חשוד מבחוץ אבל כשנכנסנו לחדר הופתענו מכמה שהעיצוב חדש והחדר נקי. הצוות היה מושלם ועזר בכל דבר, השירות הכי טוב שקיבלתי מעובדי מלון בחיי, הפקיד נתן לנו את המספר טלפון וענה לכל שאלה ובקשה בכל שעה והיה פשוט קרן שמש בפני עצמו שגרמה לנו למצב רוח טוב. הבעיה היחידה היא שבגלל שהמלון בשיפוצים הייתה בעיה עם הזרם מים במקלחת, לפעמים לא היו מים חמים ולפעמים לא היה זרם מים בכלל. אחרי שפנינו אליהם שיסדרו את זה הזמינו טכנאי ותוך 24 שעות תיקנו את הבעיה ממליצה בחום לכולם!

We arrived during a typhoon, so I made sure to message the host several times beforehand to confirm that there was no roof damage. Unfortunately, I never received any response. When we got there, it turned out my concern was valid because the roof was indeed leaking. There were multiple towels spread across the floor to absorb the water, and as you can imagine, the damp smell became unbearable after just a few hours. Beyond the roof issue, it was clear that the property had not been properly maintained even before the typhoon. The walls showed significant discoloration, the curtains looked like they hadn’t been changed in years, and the furniture was covered in layers of dust, not just a few days’ worth but the kind that builds up over a long time. The moment we entered the building, it already gave off an unwelcoming vibe, far from what you’d expect from a vacation stay. While I understand that this place is priced on the cheaper side, a lower rate should not mean compromising basic cleanliness and upkeep. Every guest deserves at least a comfortable, properly maintained space, especially when traveling for leisure. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, communication, and maintenance.
