We needed a place to stay near Le pavilion. This was the perfect spot. Pros: -location -may alfamart sa baba -friendly ang receptionist/staff -malinis ang room nagana lahat ng gamit. Con: -tramway, alfamart at maliit na karinderya lang ang mapupuntahan mo sa paligid. Walang ibang malapit na fastfood. Pero pwede nmang mag foodpanda na lang. So ok lang din.

We expected the room to be clean when we arrived, but that was not the case. The bedsheet had an unpleasant smell, almost like it had been used several times already. There were stains on the bed and hair strands as well. It was folded nicely, but honestly, it still smelled. I even had to sweep the floor myself when we arrived, when we were supposed to just relax. Luckily, when I called the caretaker, they replaced the sheets right away. However, the unit seems neglected. If the place is being rented out or used as an Airbnb, it should be properly cleaned first. It doesn’t need to be fancy, just clean and well-maintained. There is definitely room for improvement before renting it out to guests.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The unit was comfortable, and the city view from the balcony was especially beautiful, particularly at night. It was also very convenient to have an Alfamart located right below the condominium, making it easy to buy essentials and snacks anytime. The main downside was the cleanliness issue regarding pests. There were a lot of small cockroaches around the unit, which was quite disappointing and affected our stay. Aside from that, everything else was good and the location was very convenient.
