The vacation home is well equipped, with nice and clean facilities. The wall of the dining room could use a new coat of paint, not that the paint was dirty or old, just was a badly done paint job. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Nice and peaceful

Lovely stay at sematan

Had a lovely stay at this place. Do be aware it's at The Hive, behind roxy sematan villa. Across the street is roxy sematan beach resort. Pros: 1. Good amenities especially kitchen: rice cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge, gas bbq available and in good working condition. Utensils also available (bbq tongs, plates,pots etc) 2. Spacious room fully air-conditioned. 3. Bathrooms with heaters functioning well with good water pressure. 4. TV available with Netflix, YouTube etc. WiFi available and strong. 5. Location about 1 min walk to swimming pool at roxy sematan villa, 5 mins walk to roxy sematan beach. We can use the swimming pool at roxy sematan villa, we can enter the beach at roxy sematan resort but not their pool. There is a small lepapa at roxy sematan resort (very basic food and hygiene items there. Nothing much). 6. Good soundproofing. Surrounding units had bbq, karaoke but we couldn't hear much indoors, only can hear when open balcony door. Cons: 1. Need to add more amenities for shower: shower gel, shampoo. 2. Need to improve on towel cleanliness - 1 towel had dead insects folded inside...1 towel had yellow brown stains. Overall, a very satisfactory stay with elderly and small children. Would repeat again in future.
