The good points first, staffs on communication were helpful, Vista's guard and facilities 5 stars. You can enjoy pool with good view. Lift expect it to be busy during peak hours. Not so good: The house & cleanliness. Bathroom walls, glass walls, room walls are badly stained. Could have cleaned better. Tables were dusty. Bed was so so, extra pillows no pillowcase and pillows were in very bad condition. New building already in need of renovation due to poor upkeep. Please change your housekeeping people. Even the brooms and brushes are so old and dirty. What else can you expect from the cleanliness? I like the apartment but I'll try other units or hosts

Value for money

Unit level 16. Parking RM10/night. 1. Affordable. 2. Near to supermarket. Super noisy construction location. Love the rooftop view. 3. Bad odour. Need to wash all linens. 4. Promptly reply by host. Jenny is so helpful. 5. Good basic facility, wifi, gym and pool. Towel and soap provided but fridge is not working. Summary, value for money. Love it.

Doesn't meet my expectations

Booked for 6 pax, but the bed capacity was only for 5, so one person had to sleep on the sofa. The house was generally clean, but only one bathroom provided toiletries. The swimming pool tiles were damaged and many had come off, so you need to be careful when using it. Parking is not free and requires additional payment, which was not very convenient. The PIC, Jenny, was very hard to reach. My friends and I called several times but there was no answer, and replies were quite late. The Bangladeshi worker was somewhat helpful though. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
