MB 호텔 페르다나 스퀘어

I've came with my 62years old parents and child. came at 1.30pm and told that the rooms are not ready yet and will be ready by 2pm. so we wait at the restaurant beside the hotel. By 2pm, i came to the lobby at they told that our rooms still not ready. but other guest that came after me all get their key just after they've arrived. we enter our rooms on 3pm but i am so displeased with the rooms. the tv not functioning and the air conditioner is leaking.. and this is happens at both rooms! And we received multiple calls that night asking for iron but we did not lend hotel's iron upon our checkin. we are too exhausted from the long journey and this is a terrible stay. Definitely will not stay here again. this is the worst experience ever!

Air-cond is not cold.

MB Hotel is situated in the entrance of Perdana Square. Its very convenient to get around with lots of shop houses, supper place and there's a area in front of the hotel that offers street food around evening time daily. Overall the hotel is satisfactory level as this is my 2nd time staying with them. Very satisfied with the service but the WiFi needs improvement. Very weak and disconnect from time to time.

Old Linen smells of sweat, defective complementary water bottles, and coffee provided without kettle..

Staff sangat mesra dan membantu, pengalaman daftar masuk pun mudah. Cuma agak sukar mencari tempat letak kereta terutama waktu puncak, dan kemudahan seterika mempunyai had masa penggunaan, jadi sedikit kurang selesa jika ramai tetamu ingin guna pada masa sama.
