I returned two hours after I checked out for my $250 pillow I had to get due to a shoulder injury and was told they dont have it. Not only is the staff thieves, but management doesn't even care.

Questionable Intentions and State of Building
Upon arrival I was given a room that wreaked of cigarette smoke and looked like someone was just sleeping in the same sheets that were still on the bed. I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a different room actually ready and the second room was better, but not very clean. There were also ZERO towels or housekeeping service for three of the nights I was there. I ended up leaving a day early because it was so bad, and to wash/dry one load of any laundry was ***! I ended up taking a Lyft to a local laundromat and washing the hotel sheets and towels to be able to function and shower while there. The place is under new management and it seems people are actually living there long term. The pool and “garden area” look like a bomb exploded, and just an overall horrible experience. The staff should wait until the location is habitable until they offer rooms to the public. I am trying to get my money back.

There was some dark sticky spots on the floor when I got there, most likely from something that was spilled and never cleaned up by the staff. There was a long hair on the toilet tank lid when I got there also, I don’t have long hair. There was a hole in the wall where the cable goes through. I could see to the other room. The pool wasn’t even in service and looked like it hadn’t been in a while. Would only recommend this place as a last option because it’s somewhat cheap.

It's a run down roach motel. If you spend your money on this hotel after reading review then you deserve to be there.
