루무트 호텔

I stayed at Lumut Hotel for 5 days. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Lumut Hotel has excellent customer service and our room was very clean. I also like the vibrancy around the hotel (unlike some hotels located in the middle of vacant shoplots or secluded streets) and there is a 99 speedmart opposite it (although not a 24-hour mart, the prices are very reasonable compared to 7-11). On our first day, we noticed that the aircond in our room was not blowing cold air. I brought the issue up to the very friendly lady at the reception desk sometime late evening and she said she will get someone to look into it. The following day, we went about our day without any expectations that the aircond matter will be rectified soon. When we returned to our room in the evening, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the team had taken the initiative to replace the aircond with a new one in addition to cleaning and tidying up our room. Definitely worth the price paid. However, please note that this hotel may not suit everyone. The rooms are located at the 1st storey and there is no elevator. The hotel is not suitable for very light sleepers as sound proof is not very good.

Affordable price. Staff very friendly & helpful. New hotel. Clean. Nice environment. Near beach.

Car parks are not available, need to park at the road side.....other than that, room was clean & neat, aircond working even has a ceiling fan, near to jetty, restaurants & other amenities, has TV with YouTube & the host were very friendly....
