Location is the only great reasons if you want to consider staying here. Have their own beach with wonderful view. But there are a lot of minus points here and they could be improved: 1. Rooms are very poorly maintained, dirty bed-sheet, dirty coffee table and even they cleaned the room still there are stains of spilled foods there. Bathroom also not clean. Bath-soap only got small bars - it's a resort with beach, at least give the guests a proper bath-soap. The biggest room we'd stayed also smelly. A lot of insects and ants. 2. They could have prevent insects better with occasion fogging around the area. A lot of mosquitoes. Maintenance of bushes, etc. 3. No service to bring our luggage to the room. 4. Grass maintenance happened in the morning at 6:45 AM - really noisy on the grass-machine bringing my whole family awake. 5. Poor variety of foods for breakfast. Even we needed to pay for eggs. Foods also taste really bad. 6. Good thing they have a lot of goose, but they need to do a better fence. Few goose bitten my brother and me and chase my son. Overall, this resort could be better if they really maintain it. Put bigger efforts to clean and maintain the rooms. Proper fogging every morning or afternoon. Put efforts to the services. Poor poor poor resort so far for me and my family. Almost regret to pick this resort. The only reason is only the beach.
