• -Our house only allow 10people(including kid) enter and stay,Not allow extra guest and any visitor

• ~ Please switch off all the electrical appliances when haven’t in use or when you leave.

• ~ Please be considerate at night - keep loud noises to a minimum.

• ~ NO pets allowed.

• ~ Keep Our Home Neat, NO shoes on your feet, kindly shoes OFF in our house.

• We hope all of our guests treated our suite unit like as your own property. Kindly keep our house clean and tidy. Much appreciated for your kindly cooperation

• ~Late check out after 11 a.m will be charge RM 20 PER HOUR . After 1pm check out will charge per best available rate per night.
