Ok syang tuluyan, complete mga gamit at malaki yung property, though luma na sya and they were maintaining the "ancestral home" as it serves a lot of good memories from the owner. Accessible sya sa lahat. At napaka accommodating nila Nanay. Value for the price.

It's value for money type accommodation, we received a wide space of lounge area with plenty of rooms, the location is recommended for those who wants fast food right at your doorstep vibe. To conclude, it's a fair deal for a quick weekend trip.

Double booked or let the previous renter "extend" despite me arriving during the check in period. I booked this over a month ago pero mas priority pa ung biglaan na nagbook. Wasted half a day since I can't go anywhere coz of the other people still staying there and I had no keys so I can't just go. Wala din namang proper lock ung kwarto. Zero accommodation upon arrival. Kung di pa ako magrerequest if pwede na bang pumasok baka andun pa din ako sa labas for 5 hrs. Didn't even clean the place after the people left before us. 1 out of 4 aircons are working. Lights not working. Kami pa ung nagayos just to have lights sa cr. No wifi. Tv not working. No proper beds. Unclean and low quality bed foams and itchy sheets. I doubt that it was even cleaned since hindi din pinalitan ung bed sheets after the previous couple left. No privacy. Basta na lng pumapasok ung owner kahit nakacheck in pa kami. Natulo ung kisame! I was so confused kung bakit may puddle of water dun sa room but then it made sense kasi sira ung kisame/bubong. Fyi, ambon lng ung nangyari that day, hindi pa heavy rain. Only pro is the place is big. But everything else is... NOT OK. Sobrang stressful and hassle after communiting for 6+ hrs to get there and ganun ung madadatnan mo. When I should've been resting already. If you don't have standards, you'll probably rent this place. But if you do, please JUST DON'T. It was NOT worth it.

Pros: - Very Spacious. Good for teambuilding, family gatherings, special events - Accommodating Owner - Fast and Reliable Internet Connection (good for WFH) - Nearby Fastfood,Mall, Groceries Cons: - Amenities Incomplete (no kitchenwares) Only stayed for 1day but I can say that it was a nice stay. Although di lang kami nakapagluto ng maayos since wala palang gamit pang luto pero nagawan naman ng paaran and we still enjoyed our stay. If looking for a instagrammable staycation this is not the place for you. The house is old and clearly needs repairs and maintenance but still okay parin sya samen kasi napaka tahimik ng lugar as in walang gagambala sayo. Overall.. I will still recommend this place.
