Honest review. The place maybe depreciate from the way it used to be maybe due to pandemic but the rooms are still nice and clean. The aircondition in the room were so cold. . We enjoyed nice swimming while playing good musics. We brought our own liquor and drink on the poolside since their bar are not available at the moment. The parking is spacious.The location is great, you won't have hard time locating it. Communication wise the daughter of owner will be available to translate if you have any concern but if it would be great if you know some Khmer words or use google translate instead. The staff are so accommodating and nice people. P.S. One local female dog will welcome you with a smile and wagging tail when you arrive .She is adorable.

Excellent
The room was amazing. The swimming pool was big , have a lot of place to take photo . The view was fabulous. But it’s is a bit far from the city center around 5km. I would recommend for travelers who like quite or you avoid crowned people

Worst Experience
I would like to report a serious issue regarding my recent booking. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the property gave my room to other guests who arrived earlier. The owner explained that this happened due to confusion and their inability to read English, which I find completely unacceptable.And i was asked to speak with an individual whose identity was unclear, I am not certain whether he was from Agoda or another agency. He repeatedly instructed me to cancel the booking. However, as the reservation was made on the same day as check-in, cancellation was not possible. I then requested a refund. Unfortunately, I was only refunded $50.62, while the total amount charged and held was $65.03. As a result, I incurred a loss of approximately $15 just for their stupidity mistake. This situation reflects a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. It has been an extremely disappointing experience and is, without question, the worst experience I have had with a booking service.I kindly request that this matter be reviewed thoroughly and that a full refund be provided for the inconvenience and financial loss caused.

Room problem
Got to book a big room at a set price, however one day before Check-in the staff informed that the booked room is no longer available and they offered another room which is not valuable for the price. The room is so terrible, lack of water, the air conditioner is not working well. overall, not recommend.
