적당히 사람도있고 해변도 가깝고 직원분들도 친절하시다 레스토랑에서 일하는 직원분은 숫자를 한국어로해주셔서 잘못들었나했다 ㅎㅎ 방갈로형이고 주변에 나무가많아서 방에 모기며 개미가 들어올 수 있고 모래때문에 방이 더러워질 수 있는 민감한 사람이라면 비추이다. 방안에 커피포트랑 냉장고 작은거있어서 이용가능하다. 주는 어메니티는 따로 여기서 팔고있다. 향이 좋았던거같기도하다.. 수영장도 생각보다 깊어서 150은 죽을듯 ^^ 해변앞에 비치도 많이 차려놔서 책읽는 외국언냐들도 많았다

나이많은 엄마가 가장맘에들어했다 직원분이 어렵지않게 천천히 말해주셔서 너무 친절히 다 알아들을 수 있었고 편의시설도 불편한 것이 없엇다. 주변에 식당이 없어서 걸어서 15분? 거의 호텔에서 먹었는데 외국인 입맛에 맞춘거라 너무 맛있었다. 나중에 시엠립에가서 입맛이 안맞아서 고생했다. 청소도 너무 잘되어있고 뒤편에 천장이 뚫린 샤워장은 저녁에 좀 무서웠지만 굉장히 자연친화적인 곳은 우리모두 처음와봐서 신기하고 재밌고 또 즐겁게 놀았다. 중국인이 많은것 같고 한국인도 많다

Overall, the resort is very nice; it’s at the quiet & most beautiful end of the Longset beach area; the sand is white, fine and the water is a dream. 2 staff members met us at the pier and took our large suitcase by moped to our accommodation while we walked 5-7 minutes with the rest of our luggage along the beach path to the resort. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The food is good too. Nice selection of food for breakfast from the menu along with some delicious fresh fruit (outstanding passion fruit and mangos) and cereals (oats & cornflakes). As vegetarians, there were enough flexible options for lunch and dinner too. 5-min walk along the beach path into the centre with some small mini marts for snacks & groceries as well as one small mini mart next door too. WiFi was a struggle and sometimes the data rate dropped so low that it was impossible to stream. Firstly, we had 2 nights in a 2-bedroom garden cottage. It was clean, comfortable firm bed, filtered water provided, quiet, generally slept well. HOWEVER, large seed pods/fruit kept falling from the overhead trees on to the roof with a massive jolting thud during the day & night - perhaps 15 per 24-hrs - which was weirdly disturbing, especially during the night! We then moved to a Seaview bungalow for the remaining 3 nights which was next to the swimming pool and had a beautiful outlook towards the beach and sea. I borrowed a pedestal fan from Sarah, the General Manager to help sleep more comfortably as the air-con didn’t quite ‘hit’ around the corner to the bed area and I used it on the patio of the bungalow to comfortably sit outside and work. I highly recommend each bungalow should be equipped with a portable fan for guests. The bathroom & outside shower areas could certainly do with an upgrade; redecorating and some nice tiling & lighting. Regarding the staff; initially, many seemed indifferent and ‘lacked energy’ without the expected Cambodian warmth & smile. However, during our 5-night stay, we seemed to warm to them a little and vice versa. There were however a couple of particularly engaging staff members; Khan and the outstanding Vichet who both genuinely showed their care and really stood out - thank you. My wife had 2 massages onsite; the masseuse lacked energy and the experience was 3/10. After requesting a much more energetic and firmer massage for the following day, it was very slightly improved and was 4/10, so still disappointing and nothing like the excellent massages she received in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. BeachWalk is probably one of the better resorts on Longset Beach; for the price, we’d like to see better staff training and upgraded bathrooms/showers. Also, we highly recommend you check the final bill at the end of your stay thoroughly in case there are errors - we needed it corrected. Finally, although we booked a 7pm Bioluminescent Plankton tour by boat with the accommodation’s provider called ‘3 Brothers’, no one turned up. After sending a WhatsApp message to the hotel, they messaged back to say the boat would be with us at 7:15pm. We continued to wait until 7:30pm on the pier and guess what, no boat! I informed the General Manager Sarah the next day and she said she would immediately contact the provider….that was the last we head…there was absolutely no follow up or attempt to rebook us??! We felt pretty ignored as guests. Continuing this theme, other guest have mentioned that the supplied cups in the room are not insulated nor suitable for hot drinks - so why are they still there?? They are way too hot to hold for tea/coffee, so we asked for a couple of their nice IKEA mugs from the restaurant.

What a little gem. Beautiful huge pool and also great access to the beach with sun loungers. And paddle boards. Staff have been great especially Norie (not sure of spelling) he greeted us on arrival and kept us informed of anything we needed to know. An asset to the team. Our room was very clean, bright and well maintained. Unfortunately We are checking out today but could easily stay for longer
