Amazing experience overall, amazing hospitality and great stay, loved it all just a little request, there's a problem with bed sheets they're way too soft and it's literally killing my back and the smell in the room otherwise amazing?

Had a not-so-great experience at this hotel. TV wasn't working and Android TV wouldn't connect to WiFi. Sleeping was a nightmare - bed was uncomfortable and super noisy, even slight movements would wake you up 😴. Everything else was alright, though.

it was nice space but the white lights were not available at all so it starts feeling depressing if you say for long enough, staff was okiesh, no other problems faced, I would suggest to go if you are not planning to stay in for longer hours, I stayed for 2-3 hours straight and the vibe was not too good due to bad lighting

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Hotel Name: Treebo Terezzo Suits Location: Ahmedabad, Science City Road Stay Dates: 20 January 2026 to 23 January 2026 Room Numbers: 405 and 509 While the room condition was acceptable, the overall property maintenance was very poor. The buffet breakfast experience was extremely disappointing and misleading, and the restaurant area appeared unhygienic, which is a serious concern for any hotel. The staff behaviour was highly unprofessional. The Wi-Fi was not working in Room 405, and I was asked to change the room. In Room 509, hot water was not available even after running water for a long time (approximately 300–400 Liters wasted). Finally, your staff arranged bucket hot water for bathing, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Overall, this stay was a total waste of money and far below the expected standards. I request you to investigate this matter seriously and take corrective action to improve your services. I also expect appropriate compensation for this unpleasant experience. Please consider this feedback seriously, as it directly affects your hotel’s reputation and customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a total waste of money. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Treebo Terrazzo. The cleanliness of the property was completely unacceptable, and the room did not feel hygienic. To make matters worse, the complimentary breakfast was very poor in quality and taste. Definitely not up to standard and would not recommend.
