It is a small hotel located in a little difficult-to-find location. The rooms were decent and clean, but we were given twin beds despite requesting a double bed at the time of booking. They were providing only one-liter water in the room. However later, on our persuasion, they provided two liters of water every day. Breakfast was limited to just about 3-4 items and that was very disappointing. However, the preparation was good and tasty. There is absolutely no other facility in the hotel other than Wi-Fi and a small restaurant. We paid over ₹5000 per night for the room which seems a little overpriced for this kind of hotel.

Firstly,I will pen down all good points. Ours was premium room on top floor. 1. Excellent location 2. Very clean room & awesome balcony large window view. 3. Great amenities in room and washroom. Perfect water flow. 4. Good customer service by front staff and housekeeping service ( specially accommodating early room service as our guests were coming to visit us) 5. Quality of food is really good. 6. Really good variety for breakfast dishes. Rest of menu is also good. Now the points which needs improvement. 1. Breakfast should be ready at 7:30 and not 7:45 or 8:10 AM. They write 7:30 AM but when we call and ask front cash they say it’s going to be 15-20 mins late. Ideal time for breakfast should be changed between 6-9 AM. 2. The electric bowls kept in restaurant is not turned on and food is cold. Actually so cold that it ruins the charm of food. 3. There should be a small garage bin kept in restaurant area even a small basket would work where people can throw used sugar & coffee or sweetener pouches 4. The staff treats people with respect when you have more days of stay remaining but not on your last day. 5. Water bottles are provided for each day but not on the day when you check out 6. Price of water informed to me was on first two days was less then it increased on last day and the lady miss Ruby told us that staff wouldn’t say anything even if it’s less by one or two rupees. What rubbish. She needs to get her facts ready. She needs to understand the customers who are living in premium room would not worry about such small costs but it’s the way things are delivered is not good. She starts arguing and I didn’t want to spoil my mood this morning. You can pull my receipt from last night. 24 Feb- 1 kulcha ( potato and paneer) 1 tea & 4 bottles of water. This is incorrect the staff is greedy about tip and on day one I had 14 rupees to take back. I was told they don’t have change. Later, they gave me and I did tip them ten rupees. Next day, the same thing. So basically they purposely don’t give you back two to five rupees & will expect you to give them tip. 7. Another foreigner lady complained today her money was also not Returned from restaurant area. So seems like it’s a strategy of kitchen staff to not give money back. Totally disappointed with this. 8. Tea is kept ready but quantity is too less so if few people have it then it gets over then you wait and keep on waiting for tea. This happened multiple times this morning. 9. They did not serve kulcha with tea when it was ordered together. Kulcha was ordered as mix of potato and paneer but paneer was so less. Please see the picture. Despite of that bad part I do appreciate quality is good. 10. AC is never on in restaurant area. 11. The guy who wears cap & works in kitchen area keep starring at customers. It’s uncomfortable. 12. Quantity of food is very less for the amount it’s charged.

Location & entrance of the hotel made me rethink many times before booking, but proved to be completely worth the decision. Cozy, well maintained rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Definitely recommended !!

Staff members are very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it.

It was a great stay, staff were friendly, food is good the tea is awesome. Rooms are clean and well designed. Hotel doesn’t have parking within the premises. They park it 200 meters away. No porch and car cannot reach to the porch/hotel entrance. Google can be confusing while finding this hotel.
