Facilities get 3 stars because they're reserved for residents only so don't expect to use the gym etc. The place itself was pretty good. Clean. Spacious. For the price I can't complain. It will suck if you dont drive and get dropped off at the guard house. It's quite far to walk to your room.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay, especially since I had my one-year-old baby with me. The room was very dusty, and the drainage system was poor. The large showerhead pole wasn’t properly attached to the wall, making it both inconvenient and dangerous. When I placed my makeup bag on the TV console for just one day, it ended up covered in dust. Behind the curtains was also filthy. Additionally, the unit had clearly not been cleaned properly—there was a used teabag by the sink, a dirty cloth on the kitchen table, and a used toothbrush left on the utensils drying rack. This experience was far from acceptable, especially with a baby around.

Not recommended
If u have kids who like to swim dont choose this apartment as management dont allow to swim. If u are bringing elderly and come by public transport not by own transport/or those booking type this is not a suitable place coz u need to collect key across the apartment (at a shop) and u need to walk up slope to reach destination... The carpet in the apartment there are ants, toilet smelly with the mop not hang properly in stead just put in the pail... and bathtub have flies. Dining area there are only 2 high chairs not suitable for elderly or those with leg pain... Others than that we didnt touch or use...

Spoil my family whole holiday mood the moment when we open the unit door !!! Super smelly the whole unit , smell like drainage !!! Stucked toilet bowl and downcomer !!!

Spacious room with bathtub, value for money, location is convenient and there is designated parking lot. Facilities are satisfactory. Value for money.
