Disappointing
Chose this apartment mostly due to bathtub but I couldn't even use it at all. The stopper was missing, the tub was dirty and when I raised my concern to the staff, they didn't even respond to the issue. Toilet had a musky smell, and the extra pillows provided had some stains on it. And one of the worst things I stumbled upon was how dirty and brown the water in the clothes steamer was! Definitely not coming back here again.

Humid, Moldy & Dusty
Outside the door can already smell the mouldy odour from the house. Don't know how long is the last cleaning. The odour only start to gone when aircond was open. Bathtub was dirty that I don't even dare to use. Basically only bed area which cover by aircond is breathable with air. The moldy issue mostly caused by the water leak in the ceiling of bathroom. since black mold can be seen there. If you are sensitive to air quality. Not recommended.

Toilet stinks
A decent place to stay overall, except for: 1. Bed comes with sunken area, because most people sleep on the same spot only 2. A strong smell the moment I stepped into the unit, especially in the toilet. After looking around I realized the smell came from the piping where water flows to. Talked to customer service and the solution offered was just giving more air refreshners Maybe it's just the unit that I stayed came with the problem mentioned above, but it's up to you whether you can accept to live in an area that smells like rubbish dump.

Toilet so smell. Shower no water.
Can't stay. Wifi weak. Toilet got smell. Bathroom no shower no water. Need to use bathtub to shower. Need 200 deposit. Other homestay. No need. Update cant shower. And never reply. Wait for 4 hours then text me. Say sorry. . Deposit Need 48 hours then csn take back. I will never book again . I m a easy going guy. Make me write this review. Mean really is can't make it hone stay.
