Had a 2 day +2 night stay in the Luxe Twin rooms, there. Listing out the pros and cons: Pros: 1. The buffet breakfast- A good, tasty, lavish spread and quite diverse its menu. The restaurant staff are really really polite, caring and very professional. Among the staff members Ms.Hemamalini and the Restaurant Manager, Karthik, were noticeably helpful. Also heartwarming to observe that they are an equal opportunities employer. Big thumbs up on that to you guys. 2. Clean, comfortable rooms and noise free environment: I opted for rooms away from the main road and can definitely vouch for the silence enjoyed insie the rooms. Ned to thank H/Keeping staff too were very prompt and invariably did a thorough job. 3. Helpful front office staff (Mr. Justin, Ms. Anjali and Ms. Christina, and another lady staffer whiose name I can't recall at the moment) 4. The property is plumb on the OMR and quite accessible by cab or rides. Cons: 1. The room sizes are really really small and cramped. Have seen other Ginger properties but this here rates among the smaller ones. 2. The Air conditioning in our room was almost non-existent. Air filters were badly clogged. All said and done it was a cosy stay! Would rate it 4 Stars out of 5

Just above average
We stayed one night with two boys. Rooms are fine but beds are very low and we felt like sleeping on the floor only. Mattress should be upgraded to the standards. They gave dental and shaving when requested and provided additional water bottles without any charge. Breakfast spread really good and healthy options were available. We enjoyed foosball as a family. Overall, it's ok for one night stay.
