Will always come back

The hotel offers a pleasant welcome from the staffs. One night I forgot to bring my access card and he was generous to help me as it was late at night already. But what an unfortunate to have a good hotel with a bad laundry. I can still smell kepam bah on my towel. And i would definitely give 2 stars for serving fake cococrunch with diluted milk

My stay at Seri Simanggang Hotel was disappointing overall and highlights a clear need for urgent improvement, particularly regarding room cleanliness and basic amenities. Upon entering, the room smelled musty, the floor had not been swept prior to check-in and both the pillowcases and bedsheets had a foul odor due to a long time no check in guest. Additionally, the provided amenities were severely lacking—there was no bottled mineral water, no toothbrush, no iron in the room and insufficient toiletries. On a positive note, the food served was okay and enjoyable and the hotel's location is very convenient as it is situated close to the local market and town center. The management should strictly enforce housekeeping standards to ensure bedsheets and pillowcases are freshly changed, floors are swept and rooms are aired out before new guests check in. Furthermore, basic amenities such as bottled water, toothbrushes, adequate toiletries and an iron should be provided in every room. With its good food and great location near the market, improving room cleanliness and amenities will significantly enhance the guest experience.

Very near for travelers traveling by bus, as the bus terminal is located not very far from the Hotel. Outside food is easily available, if preferred and also there are nearby shops which you can shop. Hotel bed is clean and comfy, but the small fridge is like a heater. haha

There was dust on all counter top and table, there's so much dirt and dust on the floor and only provided one slipper. Worst of all the musty smell. If i have other options i would not pick to stay here.
