I actually wrongly booked this hotel, thinking that this is the Sherwinton in Bandar Mentakab. But we decided to continue with our stay to try out and see if we will come back another time. Based on my personal experience, I will not come back to this hotel due to: 1. The toilet is very dirty. They didnt even bother to clean the mirror, inside our toilet bowl got super black stain maybe very old, has been there for quite sometime. The toilet cannot be flushed twice, instead of fixing it, they provide water bucket to help me flush. 2. I appreciate the free upgrade to a room with window, but early morning 2am theres a rooster crowing up till 6am, cannot sleep. Theres a chicken coop right infront of the building. 3. I think the room has been left unused for quite sometime, we had night terrors (bad dreams) not once but twice in the room. ----- But the good things: 1. Staff is very friendly and responsive 2. Got plenty of food stall around the place 3. Easy parking 4. Cheap price. Thank you.
