Overall a pleasant stay. The location was near plenty of spots to eat and also shop. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I had a room on the 11th floor and there was a very nice view of the surrounding area. The restaurant Koko is beautiful and had great food, drinks and service. I highly recommend. There was a musty smell in the room and corridors due to a lack of fresh air intake. This can be expected from some older hotels and it led me to buy a room spray. The gym is small but well equipped. I would suggest having some sanitizer in a spray bottle so persons can wipe down the equipment after usage. There were numerous sweat stains on the equipment. Overall some upkeep is needed around the property.

Great location and easily walkable to many shops. The lighting on the guest floors is dim and I would recommend brighter lights for safety. 90% of the staff were lovely with the exception of one of the main floor restaurant servers who was rude. She placed me at a dirty table that clearly had not been cleaned after the last guest. When I pointed it out to her, she got an attitude and angrily cleared the table and then asked “is this ok for you” in a condescending tone. She then left me sitting there for a long time without comeback to take my order even though the place was almost empty. I decided to leave and never attempted to eat there again.

It was a good deal for the price nice location, but without parking lot, the staff was OK, the hotel was nicely decorating, the cleaning was OK. In general 4 out if of 5 stars.

It was sincerely a nice experience. The check-in and check-out were smooth. The bed was comfy and i loved the pillows. I also liked the breakfast available . The only problem I'd mention is that there's not enough illumination in the rooms and that it's necessary an extra lamp near the desk or tv at night. Additionally, the shower lacked soap and even after the second day cleaning, the bottle still wasn't refilled or changed. Luckily i got my own soap. Finally, i ordered some food from uber eats and instructed the delivery guy to leave things at reception counter. They couldn't leave anything because the staff didn't want to receive or accept any package and keep it for a few minutes 🙄

Basic room. Noisy environment from neighborhood. I would look for different options next time.
