Good location, smacked in the middle of Juara Bay, very nr jetty, restos, convenience stores, outdoor tables to hang out. They also arrange island hopping at a reasonable price. Wish they provided refillable water station to avoid usage of plastics. It's not my idea of a resort, just a nice convenient place to explore Tioman It's Its more a place to stay than a resort.

Good location and fair price
Location was exceptional, located right on the beach and within walking distance from Juara Jetty. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit run down, the shower and the toilet water was very slow, and always clogged with sand. One of the room I booked the refrigerator is faulty and it is not working eventough change to a different set. But overall not too bad. Snorkelling trip was good, we enjoyed the snorkelling trip very much.

Excellent service
Approvable staff and professional service were provided. We stayed for 4D3N with 4 pax. There was a water issue on the first and second day; we hope the village head can resolve it as soon as possible. Lastly, it would be a bonus if the living room had air conditioning. We will definitely be back again because of their excellent service.

My First Stay at Juara Mutiara Resort 🌴🌊
First time setting foot on Tioman Island, and little did I know that Tioman has multiple jetties and villages. To my surprise, I ended up choosing this hidden gem — Juara Mutiara Resort. To be honest, getting there was quite challenging. From the ferry to the 4WD ride through the hilly road, it was definitely an adventure. But the moment I arrived at the resort, all my tiredness just disappeared. The best part for me was the **direct sea view from the resort**. Waking up and seeing the ocean right in front of me was simply beautiful. I also loved that there’s a café right below the resort, which made it super convenient to grab food and drinks without having to walk far. There’s also a mini market and several other cafés nearby, all within walking distance. I even managed to walk around and explore about one-third of the village and its beaches. The whole area has such a laid-back and peaceful vibe. Overall, the journey to Juara was challenging, but **totally worth every penny once I saw the beach**. Kampung Juara is so chill and quiet — no loud music, no unnecessary noise, just the sound of the ocean, a good cup of coffee, and a beautiful beach. For my first Tioman experience, I think I found the perfect little hidden gem. 🌊☕🌴
