B&B HOTEL Zaragoza Plaza Mozart

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s booking policy and customer service. I accidentally selected the wrong month while booking and ended up with a reservation for six months later. I realized the mistake the very same day and immediately contacted the hotel, expecting at least some level of flexibility, given that my stay was still more than six months away. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to modify the dates or offer any refund, citing their non-refundable policy. While I understand policies exist, good customer service often involves reasonable flexibility, especially when the request is made so far in advance. Many reputable hotels accommodate such honest mistakes, but that was not the case here. This experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I won’t be considering this hotel in the future.
