Jefry (I think that was his name) gave me outstanding service when I checked in. He came with me to my room to make sure I was happy. Because of "issues" (no hot water & no AC) in the first 2 rooms I finally got a room I was happy with. He listened to my requests and provided what I needed. He also told me to ask him if I needed anything else. He was very helpful and humble. Because I'm a westerner I asked Jefry if I could have hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and coffee for breakfast instead of rice. He provided exactly what I asked for and more. I was very happy with my breakfast. The only concern I had was that the WiFi was patchy and unreliable at times. Instead of having different logins, with different passwords, in different parts of the hotel, they need one strong, high speed, WiFi channel that covers the whole hotel. I this era, a strong fast, reliable wifi connection is paramount. It would also be an advantage if the onsite restaurant could provide an evening meal for weary travellers when they arrive. I recommend this hotel. I saw it rated as one star but it deserves better. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very large. Everything was clean, including the good quality sheets. The rooms are at the back of the hotel, so there was no traffic noise. I'm traveling by scooter and they invited me to park my scooter in a room inside the hotel, which was excellent, especially because it was raining.
