Stay was ok

Disappointing stay
I recently stayed at this accommodation with my friends, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, both toilets had wet floors, the doors were mouldy, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the place. The toilet paper was half-used, and two of my friends were bitten, so we suspect there might have been bed bugs. The floor tiles were creaky, and the shower head holder on the second floor was poorly secured, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the parking lot was a five-minute walk away, which was really inconvenient. The customer service was also terrible—we were promised check-in instructions the day before, but never received them. We had to repeatedly ask for details, and when we finally got them, the information was wrong. The person in charge didn’t answer our calls when we tried to resolve the issue. Lastly, the photos on Agoda were drastically different from the reality. Overall, it was a frustrating stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Rumahnya luas dan selesa. Semua okay tiada masalah kecuali masalah parking terlalu jauh dengan lift tower rumah. Parking di tower B while rumah di tower A. So perlu berjalan jauh sikit. Deposit rm200 tapi diberi semula dalam masa 2 hari. Overall good 👍🏻

Last min information the access card is missing causing a bit of in convient to get in and out of the premises. Overall stays is comfortable.
