Good place to book in elyu

Okay na okay dito, pramis. Malinis, maayos, at walang hassle sa check-in. Perfect pang staycation or quick getaway. Salamat sa smooth na stay!

The place is far from the beach and the known restaurants. The house is actually 2 rooms connected through a door. The 1st room serves as a sala with sofa bed and a manmade upperdeck while the 2nd room is the bedroom with attached comfort room. The kitchen is actually the dirty kitchen outside the room. There is a dining table at the balcony. The toilet seatcover is icky. It needs to be changed. There are no cabinet or rack to place your clothes. Wifi is fast though we were only able to connect on the 2nd day when we were back from the beach and on the 3rd day of morning wifi is so weak to almost no signal at all. Over all, the stay is just ok. But facilities are not that great. I would not suggest this place to those who wants to enjoy the beach vibes for it's too far from where the real adventure and action is.

Sobrang init ng unit. Walang generator. Imagine katabing unit namin may kuryente tapos yung unit namin, wala. Hindi man lang kami ilipat. Sayang bayad. two hours lang may kuryente, Iisa pa electric fan pa para saming 8 na tao. Two hours lang tuloy tulog namin. Kawawa yung batang kasama namin. Walang back up na tank for tubig. Kailangan namin nagsalok sa poso at magbuhat para lang makatae at makasipilyo. Kung saan saang unit kami nakikiligo at nakikitae. Hindi na nga naligo yung iba saamin. Amoy tae pa ng pusa yung bakuran nila. Walang security. Open lang ang gate. Yung name sa agoda app ay san juan houses pero MK residences pala totoong name nila kaya sobrang hirap hanapin- very confusing.

The two-bedroom place that we stayed in is within the MS Residences compound. The place is very clean and a lot of thought has been given to provide the best comfort for guests. There are two rooms, the first room serves as living room (with TV and sofa-bed) and a bed on the second level, becoming a double decker bed setup. Kids loved this setup and would also be great for those who would want to work or relax near the bed. We were delighted by the charging sockets provided for every level of this double decker bed, which allows you to charge your gadgets by your bedside. Night lights are also provided for that extra cozy feel. Kids loved watching Netflix via the Smart TV in our unit. Another double decker bed is located at the adjacent room near the restroom. Air conditioning is sufficient (quite cool actually) even during a hot summer day. The rest room amenities are very convenient and well maintained. Guests will however have to bring their own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush/toothpaste, etc.). There is a common area outside the rooms where you can cook (or grill), or even wash and dry clothes. Parking is within the compound thus is very secured. Ms. Sheena, the caretaker, stays in the area and is very accommodating. She does her best to ensure guests are comfortable during their entire stay.
