Indeed it is best place for a weekend stay. Neatly maintained. Elite and pleasant landscape, spacious & clean rooms, good amenities and many more. Food is so good and food-in-charge is very courteous. Suggest to bring control on house flies. All good and no complaints

Drawbacks i) The hotel didn't clean our room despite we requested them to do so leaving entire room in dirty condition. We were shocked to see once we were back at night. The reason given was they doesn't have any spare key to go in. This doesn't make sense at all as the reception should have mentioned it when I told them in morning. Later, once we raised a complaint they came and only do it at the night. ii) Hotel management needs to educate the guard on duty as he seems to be restricting our transport just to unload our belongings. even a 5 Star Hotel doesn't do that. An agreeable time should be given to any customer and if you don't, then it defeats a purpose you build a pathway to your main access lobby. iii) Lengthy customer passport details entry process Reception seems to throw the ball at the customers instead of them entering themselves the details. everything is stated in passport, and we were requested to enter a lot of info while having kids waiting. This doesn't really show a "customer centric " value. Later when i raised this matter to the snr leader and said they will take care of it. Plus points Rooms were spacious. You may order food to be delivered to room, nice bites. They have an awesome private swimming pool with nice depth. Kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. They delivered our request. TV and aircond worked well.

Stay was fantastic. Rooms were very clean and neat. Staffs were friendly when ever help needed, they attended promptly.

Had a wonderful stay in The Saravi Resort. Their swimming Pool rooms are one of the best. Pools was very clean and the Glass Bathrooms are very unique. On learning that we are for Honeymoon couple they surprised us with Cake. We had a wonderful Candle Light Dinner by the pool. Dinner was very nice. We spend a nice time in their Garden. It was very well lit and we spend time there till late night. Their staff was very helpful and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Aswin and Mr. Durai. We had a very good time. Next time planning to stay in their most luxurious Suite Room. Overall a very nice memorable stay. Kuddos to the team.

Pros: Villa with private pool was spacious and had all the amenities covered. Pool was neat and cleanly maintained. Pretty good privacy was also there. Complimentary breakfast had good spread and nothing to complain about. Ample space for parking. Cons: Access road was narrow and through a village. The cost of room was slightly on the higher side.
