I enjoyed my room and stay. The bed was very comfortable an i was provided everything I needed. However, what was utterly annoying was the fact that when I called the hotel with my mobile phone, the call did not reach the hotel but the call centre. In fact no one picked up the phone but instead the call dropped and I received unwanted whatsapp messages from the call centre whereby the operators were utterly useless as they knew nothing about the location hotel or its vicinities. More seriously they provided the wrong information! Also when I used the chat line on whatsapp to ask questions about early checking, they failed to reply. I think the company should get rid of the call centre's and use the money to improve, for example the pool area where there is no shade or area to protect from the sun. I reported all these issues to the new manager who took all my suggestions and needs into consideration. Apart from these call centre issues and waiters' issues and outstanding maintenance issues (the waiter was inexperienced ...), I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and u recommend the place.

Glad the new manager was very helpful
When I arrived a new manager had been recruited, he was very professional and attentive to my needs to ensure my stay was smooth and happy. So many thanks to him. Otherwise, I had few frustrations pertaining to the way the call centre is run, it was appalling : firstly when you call the hotel number, the hotel never receives the calls and therefore never answer but instead the call drops automatically and you are immediately contacted via whatsapp text message WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR CONSENT!!! This was extremely annoying and unprofessional especially because the call centre team was utterly incompetent, they could not answer any of my questions and when they did they misinformed me on 2 occasions!! So this call centre should be scrapped. I reported the matter to the new manager who said he will escalate. I just hope his superiors addressed the issues. Apart from that, I enjoyed the quietness and birds singing and visiting, the beautiful peacocks turning up in front of me....the nice breakfasts, the locals...

Excellent property for a peaceful, relaxing holiday
A well maintained property in a huge lush green compound where Peacocks and other birds abound. Large, well appointed rooms with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Small but clean & well maintained swimming pool. Exceptionally well behaved and helpful staff. A good chef who cooked delicious Breakfast & Dinner of our choice. Located within walking distance of the historic Chand Baori. Bhangarh Fort is about 1.5 hours drive away as is the Sariska Tiger Reserve. We had a memorable two nights stay.

Not worth a vacation.
Breakfast was ordinary, nothing exceptional. Staff were overhearing and authoritative. Location is good. But none of our special request was met. Overall a forgettable experience
