We paid EUR 322 per night. This is terrible value for money. Do not expect the staff to make any attempt to make your stay comfortable. The location is exceptional: you live on the beach at Port Grimaud. You are in the middle between Saint Tropez and Saint Maxime. We came with our own car and this was the perfect location. If you are only going to sleep in your "room", then this is fine - it served us really well to sleep. But because we need to to clean the room ourselves, and pack our own bedlinens, the cleanliness is up to you and not the property. The pool is really great, we enjoyed it every day! There are a few restaurants and bars, and there is a super market. The bakery is not worth it. Overall, the area and location is perfect. We will definitely come back - but to the Prairies de la Mer Riviera Villages which are more expensive but share the same location.
