I CAN RATE THE HOTEL 8 NOT 10 such as Swandor Kundu.The staff in Swandor KEMER WERE very nice in the reception they did their best to help us, but I think you should work on the staff in the restaurants I'm not saying they're bad of course no but I think they need training on different issues and skills such as hygiene and well-being, attitude, communication skills, and time management, etc.

We are really sensitive about hygiene, this hotel was very clean, but still needs a comprehensive cleaning for some areas, some buttons very dirty in the room. Other than that the hotel was very good. Staff friendly and cares. Food was very good, there were various foods even in the snack bar and they are all tasty. Facility is very good, a big pool, seaside, beach is clean, plenty of green areas. Overall I give 9 out of 10. Hope to stay there again. Congrats to hotel employees and owner.

Very nice place delicious food and good service

We had a fantastic 6-day stay at Swandor in July. Our group included four generations: grandmother, grandfather, daughter, and granddaughter, and the experience was memorable for all of us. Staff & Service: The standout part of our stay was the incredible hospitality. The staff truly went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Special thanks to Nurel at reception, who warmly welcomed us in the middle of the night and clearly explained everything about the hotel, his kindness set the tone for our trip. Aigerim, thank you for assisting us throughout our stay and making our grandparents feel especially cared for. Among the waitstaff, Rihama made our A La Carte dinner unforgettable with her kindness and attentive service. Burcu, it was always a pleasure to see you, your warm demeanor added so much to our stay. Alim, your friendly greetings and conversations were always appreciated. And a special thank you to Mehmet, our unofficial bellboy, your help did not go unnoticed! Food: The food was excellent with something for everyone: salads, soups, meats, seafood, fruit, and more. We especially enjoyed the Turkish and Indian corners at dinner. While the core menu stays consistent, there are small daily changes to keep things fresh. Our A La Carte dinner for a birthday celebration was a highlight, delicious food and a gorgeous view of the beach. We also loved the patisserie, a dream for anyone with a sweet tooth! Beach: The beach is pebbly but manageable, flip-flops worked fine for us, though water shoes might be a good idea for small children or sensitive feet. There’s also a staircase into the sea, which made it easier for our grandparents to enjoy the water. The sea was warm and perfect for cooling off in the July heat. The pier with a bar added a nice touch, and many guests (inclding myself) enjoyed jumping into the water from there. Entertainment: Each night offered different shows and live music. While not every performance was our style, we appreciated the variety, it made for lively and enjoyable evenings. Hammam & Spa: A hidden gem of the hotel! The hammam and saunas are open from 9 am to 7 pm and made us feel incredibly refreshed. Definitely worth a visit during your stay. Overall: Swandor exceeded our expectations. The staff, food, amenities, and atmosphere made this a trip to remember. We would absolutely recommend it to others and hope to return ourselves someday!
