Newer, very clean hotel...convenient for a stop by the main highway. Beside hotel is a shabu buffet place for 289baht. Or there is a Thai roadside eatery just 100 meters away (near the overhead walkway). We got some takeaway food there which was tasty, cheap, and fast. Pros: Hotel has a very nice breakfast included 3 choices on a menu. A tasty egg dish with hot dog, tomato and chives or a few rice porridge options. There is free flow coffee, tea, water, toast, jam, potongko, a some dessert items. 7-10am. Very clean. Small fridge. Good toiletry amenities: including 2 toothbrush sets. Bathroom is small but has a shower curtain so everything doesnt get wet. Small flatscreen tv on wall. NO ants! Friendly, helpful staff Good aircon. Good bedding. Eating or smoking area downstairs outside, but noisy. Cons: Highway trucks can be heard and felt (vibration) even though we were is a room in the back. No elevator. We were in room 308 which is 4 flights up! Uncovered parking beside. Walk-in rate is 490b.

Newer Hotel Very close to everything in the area. Staff great and simple breakfast but a great way to start the day. We went to the Kite festival and it was perfect The 10 minute drive to the beach is a great example of older thai area great slow ride around to the sea and back. If you don't like steps as for a lower floor no lift,
