I have mixed feelings about my stay. The customer service was excellent and the bedroom itself was well-maintained. However, the bathroom was a complete letdown. The hygiene standards there were significantly lower, with visible stains on the walls and fixtures. It needs a thorough deep cleaning before I could consider returning.

aftwr booking directly reached hotel and there was a lady receptionist told that there's no booking done in my name and i waited for more than 30 mins and another person came and checked their computer and alloted a room, it will be difficult if they have said no vacant ,they must improve online booking status periodically and dont let the pre booked customers in hussle
