If you're willing to skimp on comfort and cleanliness for price, come here. We had the nicest room available and is was just okay. I wouldn't recommend the dorms. We had a peek in and they were steaming hot. Cheap and good location close to 7eleven and park etc. Bed is solid as a rock and fridge was a bit yucky. Wouldn't use the jug as it had mould. Didn't try the tv. Aircon was good. Bathroom pretty rundown. The toilet was elevated so your feet hang off the end and can't touch the floor. We are foreigners so I'm guessing locals feel like toddlers on the loo. Room was okay, got a towel on arrival.

When I arrived, there were no staff to help me check in. There's just a paper on the desk with the staff's phone number and a bell to ring for service. I rang the bell several times but no one came. If you don't have a Thai phone number, you're out of luck. Fortunately, my Thai friend who dropped me off was able to scout around the area and find a staff to help me check in. Later that evening, I returned to the hotel and tried to enter, but the door was locked. Miraculously, a young Thai man stopped to help me, who spoke perfect English, and directed me to the side entrance which was open. The curtains in my room didn't fully cover the window, so as a lady, I didn't feel comfortable. The light in the bathroom was broken, so I had to leave the door open to shower, so the floor got wet. Bed was hard (typical Thai style), and pillows were just as hard. Wifi password wasn't working, so I went looking for the staff again. After a long while I found them, and after troubleshooting for a while, I finally discovered that the password is all lowercase, but on the paper they gave me the first letter was capitalized. Saturday night around 8 pm the water shut off, and didn't come back on until around 5:30 am on Sunday. I thought I was going to have to board my plane without having showered! Thank God it came back just in time. The water pressure (when there's water) is amazing for showering, but that amazing pressure also happens to be in the bum gun, which isn't so great. Felt like my parts were gonna be blown to pieces! Long story short: Very basic, uncomfortable, don't recommend. The cheap price isn't worth it in my opinion.

Good and cheap old hotel. Not for fussy people. Free bread, coffee and tea.
