The hotel was good. We arrived on a Friday night and were the only guests until the next day. The room was good but the bed seemed a bit soft, as if it was a bit old, but it was comfortable none the less. The aircon was a little noisy but worked ok. There was only a electric socket on one side of the bed. A common issue, but maybe due to the different bed positions they need to cater for. The sockets did seem a bit worn so the plugs were a bit loose. The breakfast wasn't the normal buffet due to the low numbers but the food was very good. The pool was ok 120 or 130 cm with an 80 cm children's pool. It was right in front of us which was good. The beach did have rubbish on it, but that's not the fault of the hotel. The water was never deep enough to swim although it might be at high tide, which was late at night when we were there.

Personnel avenant, chambres agréables, bien conçu, design sympa style sud américain, belle piscine agréable avant de dormir, ou au réveil. Toboggan et petit bain pour les enfants, et bien sûr une très belle plage, des arbres, un grand ponton si vous arrivez par la mer, des kayaks,... Petits déjeuners européens à volonté. Repas servis en chambre quand j'y étais. Nous sommes allé manger au night market à 7km.

Disappointed for condition of the room, not well maintained and not ready upon check in despite of very late arrival at 8:37 pm with advance informed. Staff needed for training which I have already shared with management for improvement. My room on second night was upgraded for recovery - appreciated that, However, I wish my voice can value for their future of changing for better tomorrow…because the design and facilities of resort is really unique.

I love the decoration and facilities but the room is quite old, dirty with stay dog, at front door cockroachs in the room. Local staffs are cambodia with low service mind.
