Rayz UMM offers modern and spacious accommodation and and is a popular choice at this price range. Positives: Lovely spacious lobby Comfortable seating areas in lobby/lounge Comfortable bedding Negatives: Pool area is very windy and there are subsequently lots of leaves and bits of debris in the pool. Still OK to swim in but in parts feels more like a clean pond than a well kept pool. The whole lobby is infused with a sickly fragrance that is sprayed at something like 5-10 minute intervals throughout the day. Some members of our party found the smell so overpowering that they could hardly step into the lobby area without feeling sick. For some it may seem like a pleasant fresh smell, but just to say if you are sensitive to strong fragrance smells and perfumes, then this might not be the hotel for you. We ordered food a number of times from the hotel restaurant and mostly it always turned up lukewarm and the taste was very standard. (OK but nothing special, so if great food is what makes a trip for you again this hotel might not be your cup of tea) Conclusion: However despite this few criticisms, for the price range the hotel does offer value and acceptable accommodation for short stays. I would say that if your budget can stretch to an extra 200,000 Rupiah per night then the choice of other hotels in the area with better poolside facilities and better hotel services (food and drinks) might be advisable!! As there are some fantastic options for 700,000 rupiah per night.

Hotel yg recommended di daerah tlogomas Malang. Bangunan baru, bersih dan kamar yg nyaman. Lokasi cukup jauh dr pusat kota malang, krn berada di jalur menuju batu. Parkiran terbatas, tp disediakan valley service. Makanan cukup memuaskan, krn saat menginap sy jg mendapat ekstra service berupa free dinner selain jatah breakfast di pagi hari nya. Overall hotel ini cocok utk keluarga dan pasangan yg ingin beraktivitas sekitar area tlogomas/mencari suasana yg jauh dari pusat kota.

3 restaurants, yet they all focus on group meetings. They dont consider families who want a meal. We waited over an hour for simple food to arrive - and we were the only guests. If they don't want individuals or families, why do they advertise through Agoda. Very disappointing

i will say i highly recommend this hotel to all of people who likes quite and lovely hotel, the staff is so helpfull even tho my rooms have a problem about the toilet but they r want to listen and solve the problems, good service for this hotel maybe i will repeat again to be here someday
