The hotel’s photos show that there is a swimming pool, but in reality, there is no swimming pool. When I asked about it, I was told that there was none. The room was advertised as having three beds, but in reality, there were only two beds and a sofa. The mattress on the sofa was very thin, and you could feel the metal frame underneath, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. They also asked for a €100 security deposit. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and I have never been asked to pay a security deposit for a room like this. They also charged me €2.50 as a tax upon departure, and I was not given a clear explanation of why I had to pay it. The hotel itself is clean, but unfortunately, this was my personal experience and I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay.

This is the best budget hotel in the area by far. It has a nice pool as well as a nice restaurant. AC works pretty well all day long in the lobby areas as well as in the rooms. Centrally located just blocks away from bus and train stations. Close by the Rhein Gallery mall that has an outstanding view of the Rhein river.

Long que at the check in time. Already booked and paid bia online but they are not clear at counter. Already informed bia call a query but they not fix it.
