Close proximity to Dorrigo National Park made it convenient for us. Standard twin room with single beds. Room size was decent. Checkin and check out was easy as no staff was involved. Would visit again.

Dorrigo had not been my 1st choice as I wanted somewhere closer to the highway for an affordable price but found nothing under $200 other than the Frontier Motel. I didn’t realise how far inland it was BUT it was SUCH A MAGNIFICENT drive inland & well worth the detour. The motel was easily accessible with plenty of parking & the room was really comfortable & warm with a fabulously comfy bed & great pressured shower. It was all I needed for an excellent nights sleep between long drives. The pub across the road was a classic Aussie pub with good solid meals. None of it was fancy but was basic & easy, clean & comfortable & I’d definitely go back.
