Pros -We only see few staffs but they are very responsive, efficient, kind, helpful, and professional -Rooms are spacious, tidy, super clean,almost no stain. -Well equipped room. There are water dispenser, stove, microwave, dinning cutleries. And all of it working really well. -Bathroom also super clean, well supplied toiletries (tooth brush n paste. Even their soap and shampoo are using Sensatia Botanica). Bathtub also no stain -The pool was nice and not too deep, so children can play relatively safe there. And small but proper playground is placed near it. Overall the service was on par (even slightly higher) with hotels with same budget Cons -Breakfast (±77k/person/1dish 1drink) We order Nasi Goreng Kampung, Nasi Goreng Teri, and Bakmi Jawa. Portion wise was more than enough, but all of it was too salty. Nasi Goreng Kampung was the most salty. For drinks we ordered milk and orange juice, taste fine but portion wise was so small (served in small glass used in hotels to served juice or mineral water. But in hotels we got free refill). So for breakfast I think not value for money

No Restaurant No Spa. How this can be a 4* hotel!!

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making them comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. I will visit again.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with my husband and our kids, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, convenient, and very family-friendly. The location is excellent, which made moving around with kids so much easier. What impressed us the most was the facilities — for a 3.5-star hotel, they are exceptional. In fact, the overall experience can easily outshine many 5-star hotels we’ve stayed nearby hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and well-suited for families. The facilities catered well to both adults and children, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable throughout. A special highlight was the New Year’s fireworks organised by the hotel — it was absolutely excellent and such a memorable experience for our family. We truly hope the hotel can maintain this high standard, as it is doing an amazing job. This place offers great value for money, and we genuinely loved our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
