The Manaoag Hotel

We didn't plan on staying in Manaoag or the Manaoag hotel. We wanted to stay someplace close to Rosario that was nice and honestly, we just saw pictures of the food they had and we chose this hotel. My goodness, we were so grateful we decided to come here. While it may not look like much from the outside, it is a very chic and modern hotel from the inside. The interior design was apparent throughout the property, from the wallpaper, choice of furniture, plants, lighting, it all looked well put together. The staff were so warm and the service was good. The room ...did not expect to stay at a modern hotel in Manaoag, but there we were with a nice comfy bed, refrigerator, nice fluffy comforter and pillows, and an ensuite bathroom with everything you need. The attached Mana restaurant had vegetarian options, and a free breakfast buffet for hotel guests. It was Christmas time when we were there and the hotel was very festive in its decor and they had a Christmas luncheon! I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manaoag

It is my 3rd or 4th time. As usual, the staff are attentive and nice. Coffee is good. Food is great. Only that the string beans in my kare-kare is raw. I like the room in generally clean and nice but I have some concerns this time: 1. It is my first time to be assigned at a back room facing the street (the Watsons store street). There should be sound proofing as the passing vehicles are quite noisy especially if you are a light sleeper. 2. Also, I was awaken several times at the middle of the night as if someone is dragging something in the upper floor (I was assigned at the 3rd floor). That is around 5 times. 3. The bathroom is clean and nice. The shower and toilet is divided by a glass panel. But when you take a shower, the water goes to the toilet floor as the floor level for both shower and toilet are the same. Also, the glass panel should have been extended a bit to block the water going to the toilet. Moreover, a shower door can be provisioned to block the water going to the sink and bathroom door when showering. In short, enclose the shower. 4. The common comfort room (male urinal) adjacent to the lobby needs more thorough cleaning. I saw a clip paper on the floor and quite dusty.

Hotel is new, super clean, and well - located with less than 10 minute leisurely walk to the church. The rooms are well-lit and practical and aesthetically pleasing. The staff in the restaurant are knowledgeable, polite and accommodating of questions and requests. Great yummy big food servings! Love the whole garlic bangus!

nice place, nice staff. enjoyed our stay except when checking out - I have to pay for 2 face towels which I am very sure that we did not take it. toiletries were not complete for add pax in the first place so I guess those face towels did not reached our rooms. Booked 7 rooms, some rooms with additional pax. A menu on the room for room service would also be nice.
