They try to rectify or address.any concerns albeit through email -if you're on a budget, good price (if price is the only thing you're after) -great view and nice swimming pool facilities, but I've had to shell out several hundred bucks to use the gym. The cons: -cockroaches. In the sink, the bathroom, the utensil drawers, etc. I recommend washing what you use, and store them in the fridge. (Sent the owner pictures of them.and she was very apologetic, but unfortunately nothing.she can do while im still there? -the a/c makes ALOT of noise whenever it wants to. Not just normal a/c, but like.someone crushing a plastic wayer bottle sound (also sent them a video) -not enough plugs. My laptop had to share a plug with the microwave, my phone charger, and everything else. -bathroom/toilet very tight. Unless you're a 6 yo toddler, taking a dump will be tricky. Overall this unit may work for some but not for everyone. The spectacular view was awesome, but the bugs and the space left a lot to be desired.
