Great base for Legoland

We are staying here after got bored and had tried multiple condos and hotel in Medini area. While Puteri Harbour is less crowded than Medini, the unit we are staying in is one of the best. Shout out to the management UHA. They do still requires deposit 200 RM, but it will be refunded back in 1-3 days after check out (in my case I got it only after 1 day). Unit is clean, full of amenities. Micorave,utensils and stove also clean. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Parking is easy, the security also polite and helpful. All in all, should we decided to stay again in Puteri Harbour will consider the unit managed by UHA.

I booked this for a family holiday. It’s my first time booking an apartment with Agoda. This property is under UHA, customer servuce at UHA is atrocious. They do not reply msges promptly and only choose to reply what they want to reply. Their “hotline” is useless. Nobody answers the number and the msg box is full. It is not mentioned during booking but the $200 deposit can only be returned into a Malaysian bank account or Malaysian ewallet. Cancellation was hell because they refuse to acknowledge or reply any cancellation calls by both myself and Agoda until days after the trip to say it’s too late to cancel. After a dozen of calls to Agoda over a week’s period. I managed to get my refund back from Agoda while the property remains MIA.

Great place to stay

It is a great place to stay—quiet and peaceful. If you're looking to free your mind and relax, this is the perfect spot. While the food options on-site are limited, you can easily use Grab to order whatever you need. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway!
