1 night stay( KL to Penang) 1st March2025
The house is very clean and comfortable for 8 to 10 adults. The self-check-in and check-out process is convenient. However, I was disappointed that early check-in was not allowed, despite the house being available from 1:30 PM. We arrived in Alma, Penang, at 12:00 noon and, after lunch, were waiting near the house from 1:30 PM. There were no signs of previous guests or cleaning staff, yet the agent insisted the house was not ready and maintained the standard check-in time of 3:00 PM. I had been requesting early check-in for the past week since we had an event to attend at 6:00 PM and had traveled from KL since 7:00 AM. An earlier check-in would have been greatly appreciated for our convenience.

I have checked again, no deposit were mentioned in the listing i think. we were requested for RM*** deposit when we arrived. we could not check in before we could pay the deposit. furthermore we were rushing for meetings. quite a few numbers to contact, and they only pickup call after a few attempts there were visible spiderwebs after human height level. water leakage pooling on the floor from the balcony. there are water dispenser, which is a Plus. the other parts were great. Overall, it is good for the value.
