Nice location, you can park your two wheelers and even car if you are lucky

Overall Hotel is good, well maintained and staff is helpful. Location wise closure to beach and temple. 1. During un season price is reasonable - may be around *** (I paid *** during 24th December) 2. You can manage to see the sunrise from terrace. 3.Parking : 3-4 cars can be parked inside and infront of the hotel on a one way road. (Very closure to Bus-Stand and Sri Meenakshi Veg hotel for BF/Tiffins) 4. Dependent on solar geysers for hot water - so most of the time you don’t get hot water even staff try to help you 🙂 5. Now important point, If you go through Agoda, you will be charged heavy so try booking directly unless you don’t get any options / hotels. 6. If you try to reach Agoda for any help, their customer authentication process is very weirded to ensure that you don’t get automated - addition to your regular details like user id, user name, mail id, booking id, they will ask what is your last 4 digits of credit card and also what card you use regularly (earlier) and what are the last four digits of that card - even if you discontinued that card or you don’t have that card with you they need to proceed with any clarification which anyway they don’t help. 7. My experience with Agoda is always bad - use Agoda when you don’t have any other alternate options. On the price they cheat you with booking rooms for less people or features or facilities which end up suffusing at the hotel, So carefully go through all details before payment and after booking to avoid surprises.

just ok to stay. don't expect anything apart from it

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family during our Madurai trip, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There was no electricity for almost 4 hours, and the hotel had no power backup. The staff behavior was very rude and unprofessional — instead of helping, they were arguing. I had booked an AC room, but it was very small, with a window AC that barely worked. The bedsheet was wet, and the room was not clean or comfortable. On top of that, they kept asking for extra charges for everything. I’ve traveled to many places, but never had such a bad hotel experience. Definitely not worth the money and not family-friendly. Avoid this place if you’re planning to stay in Madurai.
