Friendly staff throughout and a clean environment helped make the stay comfortable. Bathroom has a convenient night light and lovely rainfall shower; a/c worked well. Food was tasty in the pub restaurant (dinner and breakfast) and the outdoor seating (with sunny and shady areas) was a bonus on a warm sunny day

Me and my partner booked this room due to visiting Thorpe park and being only 8 minutes drive. Originally we booked a stylish room but discovered the suite was available. Communication with the hotel was fast and clear and helpful, it was arranged within moments. We arrived to the hotel earlier than check in time and they were able to accommodate us well. The view is incredible, you can eat by the river and it’s a really romantic spot. The food is incredible I encourage you to add the breakfast. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. It’s worth it, the suite is highly recommended. The bath tub in the room just adds the finishing touch of excellence, we left feeling refreshed and we will be returning in a few weeks.

I had a confirmed reservation and arrived just before midnight, only to be told there were no rooms available. I was left without accommodation late at night, despite having already paid £***. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. I contacted Agoda to request a refund and compensation, but I was disappointed with how my complaint was handled. My experience was extremely poor, and I cannot recommend booking this hotel through Agoda based on what happened to me.

Great place lovely location and very friendly and helpful staff... Would definitely recommend this place.
