Had a lovely one night stay here. We were made very welcome by Nigel who owns this B and B.ocation was spot on for us as it was a very short walk from our concert hall. We ate at the pub across the road called The wyvern. Food here was excellent and so was the staff . We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I had the pleasure of staying at Dawyk Beech this week and what a great find it turned out to be. I needed to be close to an event I was attending nearby and this was the perfect venue. I will be keeping this in my list of places to return in the future. Thank you.

We have absolutely enjoyed staying here. Nigel has been incredibly accommodating and super responsive to any issues we raised. We weren't going to arrive until after midnight. I emailed Nigel to inform him and response was quick. He advised us that he would let us in when we got there which he absolutely did. We didn't need to wait more than 5 minutes at 0040 for him to let us in. As Dawyk Beech is a small establishment set in an upper class residential area and not a hotel with a permanently open reception this was impressive. At night the building was very well lit which made it easy to find and there was plenty of parking. We were shown up to our room and there was a fan provided and already on as it was a hot night. The room is very large with ample storage. The bathroom has a 4 piece suite. Everything was very clean and the room is in great decorative order. My son loved they fact that there was a smart TV on which he could watch YouTube. I loved the fact that the mirror on the dressing table was moveable for better light to do my makeup. The internet didn't work and there was a smell in the bathroom. I spoke with Nigel in the morning to let him know and he fixed both immediately. Neither problem returned during our 2 night stay. The internet was also very fast. If you want a relaxing weekend break, in a really peaceful setting with quick, friendly and efficient service then Dawyk Beech is for you.

Warm and friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable accommodation on the ground floor (mum has mobility issues so the easy, separate, access, with no stairs to climb, was a real plus point) . We were visiting family, 2 minutes along the road, so this was the perfect spot for our overnight stay.

I was greeted in a friendly manner upon arrival led to my room and had everything that i needed clearly explained to me. Great value accommodation too!
