Haar with Rooms 5 stars

I took this hotel because It was almost just in front of the Old Golf course but it has very small rooms but nicely decorated. It has 3 floors with not lift/ elevator with very narrow stairs. Not recommended for seniors. The restaurant is very small too so is very fast booked. I will not come back to this hotel!

Got this booking at a greatly reduced price from normal tariff. Was just lucky in my online search. Lovely room. Small, but had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for me. Bed very comfy. Great shower. Could see the sea from my window, which was a bonus. Nice touches, like the home made shortbread which was delicious. Breakfast was included. Everything very tasty, and freshly cooked to order. Staff, both when checking in and at breakfast, very pleasant and helpful.

We were extremely pleased with Haar Rooms. We were welcomed by the sweetest and smart host Martha. She made our stay exceptional. The room was great, very clean and modern yet on an old world iconic location one block from th Old Course. Included breakfast was exceptional and a bargain to be included at the competitive rate charged for the room. We would love to come back and visit the location and lovely staff.
