the only thing I like about this resort is it is beach front. rooms are quite ok coz we don't have a choice. no ref in the room, we were assigned to a room but they suddenly changed it coz keys are unavailable unfortunately the room had a busted water heater and they gave us kettle. but I asked for a change of room and they allowed us (the original room that we were supposed to get). we only got our free breakfast on the last day coz the STAFFS are late to open the resto on WEEKDAYS. they said they are open 7:30am but they always open late. the construction workers even came earlier than them (there's a repair ongoing when we went there) its not a buffet breakfast by the way, you will have to choose from the menu.

We stayed here for one night, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The view was definitely the highlight — ang ganda ng beach view! Medyo malakas lang ang alon during our visit, but we still managed to swim and enjoy the water. Our room was located at the back part of the building. At first, medyo creepy siya kasi parang liblib yung area (photo below), and sana man lang nalinis or natanggal yung mga damo sa paligid. But since this was the room sale we availed, okay pa rin naman and manageable. One thing we noticed was the shower. May heater siya, which is a plus, pero yung amoy talaga ng tubig/shower area was not pleasant (not exaggerating). Ramdam siya especially during the first minute after turning it on. Additional reminder for future guests: eating inside the room is not allowed to help keep the rooms cleaner. Also, cooking is not allowed in the beach area. So don’t make the same mistakes we did hahaha! 😅 Better check their rules first para iwas abala. Despite those concerns, we still appreciated the beautiful view and the overall experience. Hopefully, they can improve the room surroundings and shower maintenance because the place has so much potential. 🌴

Recommended mainly for its great location (sandy, not rocky, area of Saud beach), nice beachfront (coconut tree-lined, rustic restaurant with white sand floor and open view of the sea, direct access to safe swimming area, white sand shoreline), and courteous and responsive staff . Room has balcony with open view of the beach, but accommodation was just tolerable -- adequate space, comfy bed and clean basic linen but poor T&B (no wall tiles, no shower area barrier, weak shower flow and heater, and poor drainage.) Main door has no secondary security lock.
