• Welcome to Nasugbu!

• While we aim to please you during your stay, we also would like to remind you of our house rules in place.

• Just so you know the Dynamics of this house, we do not live here. We do use every room as a separate Airbnb listing. What that means is you'll be in the house with other Airbnb customers. Your bedroom is private.

• However, the bathroom is shared.

• 1) We are over every day to clean the rooms of customers that are checking out and to tidy the common areas.

• If you are comfortable with all of that, then we will send you the check-in info when it is ready.

• 2) We require all guests checking-in for a SECURITY DEPOSIT of Php1,000.00 per room per stay.

• 3) No UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. Bringing in UNREGISTERED GUESTS will automatically cancel your booking and no refund will be issued. Authorities will be called.

• 4) The property capacity is 2 people per room, 4 pax maximum in the whole townhouse. Unregistered guests will be charged Php2,000/head.

• 5) Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighbourhood.

• 6) No smoking/vaping inside the property. Do not book this accommodation if you will smell like marijuana at any time of your stay. We're not a cannabis friendly accommodation.

• 7) Absolutely no parties, gathering, get-together or events at any time. Guests found breaching this policy will be automatically ejected from the property and reported to ABB, Ag*da, Booking*com.

• 8) Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 am.

• 9) No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

• 10) Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin by the garden.

• 11) Keep a close eye on your kids on the stairs and on the 1st floor rooms. Stellka River Side Nasugbu holds no responsibility for any injuries resulting from the use of B2L2 Camia Homes property.

• 12) No pets allowed unless declared during booking. Max 2 small-medium size, fee Php500 per pet per stay, payable at the property.

• 13) Take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of Php500/set.

• 14) Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.

• 15) Respect check-in and check-out times.

• 16) No sleeping in the common areas.

• 17) Remember to close the windows and lock the door when you leave.

• 18) Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

• 19) Damages exceeding the SECURITY AMOUNT must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airb*b, Ag*da or booking*com.

• 20) Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage outside in the bin by the patio before checkout to avoid inviting bugs.

• 21) If you booked and paid for only 1 room, you are prohibited to use other rooms in the house where in to sleep, or you will be charged by ABB, Ag*da and booking*com, post-stay on the payment method you used during booking.

• 22) CCTVs are located in the common areas of the property for the guests' safety as well as the host's. As common areas are shared, this is necessary for security and safety, yours and other guests, as well.

• 23) This listing is not suitable for other people’s children, as we don't want them to find something dangerous, such as cleaning chemicals, or no guardrails on the stairs.

• 24) Please clean as you go in especially in the common areas such as the toilet, kitchen, living, dining, patio and the garden.

• Please respect the property and other guests when in the SHARED SPACE or COMMON ROOMS such as the Sitting Room, Garden, Patio, Dining, Toilet and Kitchen Areas. Minimise your noise.

• No guest has exclusive use to these spaces, and will be requested to leave, or be ejected, with the help of the authorities such as the Police or Barangay, if necessary.
