Nelson Serviced Apartments

I had booked a 2-bedrooms apartment and stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist is patient and friendly. explaining to me how to find the apartment and where to park my car. The apartment is clean and cosy, it comes with a great bathroom and living room. Even though I didn't cook, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The only downside was the noise from the street, however it didn't bother me much as I quickly fell asleep in the cosy bed. Thank you for the amazing room.

i didnt use the accommodstion as i was wrongly charged forvthe booking after recieving anbemail statingbthe payment had failed and if i wanted the booking i would have to make contact if i wanted to re makevthe booking

Clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to shops and sights.

We booked Nelson apartments primarily because of the location, and because it included on site parking. We arrived an hour before our anniversary dinner, nobody was there, we phoned up the helpline and they didn't know where the carpark was. Eventually we ran into 2 others who had booked and has the same problem, and told us we had to walk 10 minutes to a hotel to get our keys. When we got to the hotel they told us that our pre-booled and pre-paid apartment was given to someone else, but we would be 'upgraded' to another apartment there (nowhere near where we wanted to be) and there was no car park. It took over an hour to do this, they require an upfront payment of £250 deposit, still waiting for that to be refunded. The 'upgraded' apartment had towel racks falling off the wall and blinds that were broken. No blinds at all in the bedroom so we're woken up at dawn every day. Absolute disaster, I will never stay here again and I warn everyone else too.

I stayed with my daughter and everything was great about the cavility, I recommend to anyone.
